After their run on the red carpet, they spent quality time with some VIPs:
They also managed to let loose and to "get their play on!" Grandma brought them some heirloom toys. Cookie was quick to note that this "cell phone" had a cord and a rotary dial! Silly grandma!!!!

Unfortunately, it wasn't all fun and games. Cookie bonked his head (but good) on a planter outside. It looks terrible and it did hurt. MamaFox and I still feel terrible about it.
Thankfully, there were no fewer than 4 health care professionals on site! Uncle J, a prominent ER doc, gave Cookie the thumbs-up for even the most strenuous playtime:Cousin A shared that she also bonked her head on the same (evil?) planter years ago....
